HEALTH & SAFETY

Effective Date: August 17, 2020.

Due to challenges caused by coronavirus (COVID-19), we’ve made changes to some of our policies and we’re providing our guests with extra support and resources.

We believe in responsible and safe travel while staying vigilant and following the recommended procedures and protocols by the World Health Organization (WHO), National Institute for Public Health and the Environment the Netherlands (RIVM), and local authorities.

Cancellation Policy

We understand the need for increased flexibility with travel planning right now. Therefore, we have changed our policy to the following:
– The payment for your standard rate booking is fully refundable until 7-day prior to check-in.
– Your non-refundable rate booking can be rescheduled until 7-day prior to check-in, based on availability in the coming 12 months. Your balance can be used for the new booking, any difference in accommodation rate will be charged. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have travel restrictions due to Covid-19.
– Unused nights due to late arrival (time/day) or an early departure are non-refundable.

Cleaning

Housekeeping will not enter your apartment or suite unless it is vacant and you have approved us entering. We make use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Linens, towels and laundry is washed in accordance with international authority guidelines. You will only enter a sterilized and sealed room.

Further, all of our apartments, suites, and public areas have been fitted with disinfectant dispensers. Sunbeds are distanced accordingly and are to be disinfected after use.

You have the option to cancel any cleaning services for your accommodation during your stay.

Physical distancing

Fortunately, personal contact is not a must for our property. The check-in/check-out procedure has been made contact-free and all keys are sanitized.

Other measures:

  • Cashless payment available;
  • Physical distancing rules followed;
  • Mobile app for service requests;
  • Screens or physical barriers placed between staff and guests in appropriate areas;
  • Single-room air conditioning for guest accommodation.
